DO YOU HAVE A NEW YEAR´S RESOLUTION FOR YOUR BUSINESS?

If you don´t, maybe you should. Why you may wonder? In my opinion, a New Year's resolution for your business / department has positive impact on how successful your business will turn out to be in the coming year.

You may start by asking a few simple questions about how 2013 has been:

Did your company / department create value for your customers? Did your employees receive the appreciation they deserve? Did you gain any new market shares? Did your company introduce new products or services? Did your business create value for your Community?

The list can be much longer, but I think you´ve got an idea. Perhaps you, your colleagues and employees would like to make the next year to the best year ever in your company´s history. One way to begin the new business year is with positive, powerful and energizing New Year's resolutions. Write the resolutions down and share it with all your employees.
